AON lack of delivery to repair water damage

We had a geyser burst on 26 Jan 2013.

AON was excellent in getting the geyser replaced, but HOPELESS in getting the consequent water damage repaired. Now 29 Jul 2013, umpteen emails and phone calls later, and still our kitchen cupboards have not been repaired. The appointed contractors, "Executive Contractors", are absolutely useless.

SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!

Come on guys, you're supposed to be a premium service provider.
