I suffered hail damage on 8 November 2012, and reported it to SA Home Loans. Their service providers and contractors called me on a regular basis to fix the Solar geyser (which was working), fix the garden lights (which I replaced) and the contractors was under the impression that the geyser and electricity wasn't working. Contractors arrived, got on to the roof, took pictures and left.
It seems amateurs are dealing with the claims, as almost three months expired, and nothing has been repaired by SA Home Loans. The call centre regard all calls as important, but that is only how far you get when submitting a claim. Can we expect any service from SA Home loans?
