I would like to complain about the poor service that i get from Scorpion, they called me around oct-nov 2012 to sell me an insurance which i accepted and i was promised that i will get my documents after a week but till now i've never had any correspondence from scorpion. i called a week or two back and spoke to Tumelo who promised that she will send me documents after a week but still nothing. i dont have a Members card, or even a simple booklet just to see what i am paying for. this is so painful to see your money going off your account while you dont know what it is for. now i please to you guys to make sure i get a booklet and a member's card or you will leave me with no option but to cancel my policy with you and ask my refund
