Our mother passed away on 3/5/2013 and my brother and I inherit all the money left in her accounts. Since 29/7/2013 we have been trying to get bank statements form Boy Visser who now seems to have passed to buck to Marius Barnard who is now executor of the estate. My brother and I stopped the accounts around 14/5/2013 and the clerk told us that R3000 was withdrawn from the accounts after she died and that nobody has power of attorney over her accounts. Out of frustration our attorney Jaco Strydom tried to get the statements from them. Any other question they reply within hours but now they are ducking & diving. What are they hiding? Is not a serious matter?
