Hi all, DON'T EVER TAKE OUT LEGAL INSURANCE WITH THESE GUYS, WHY??? coz in Jan i took out legal cover and i was promised R65 000 cover per matter, i was to be covered for all Matters except against the state, i have been having probs with Vodacom and after realising my only way to get JUSTICE was by legal route, i approached scorpion on the 15th august in dbn and the staff made me talk to someone in empangeni.
After talking to him he asked me to leave the necessary docs with the Dbn branch and he would call me during that week, i waited for 3 weeks and did not get a call from them neither email or sms, in the process Vodacom put me down as a slow payer, my credit card app got declined as well as a car app and a flat application.
Waiting and getting frustrated i called empangeni just for him to tell me he referred the matter to dbn, i ask why did.nt do that 1st time i went durban, then i get a call from them in dbn telling me i must bring monies to come so i can cancel with Vodacom, furiously i thought why the hel must i pay them when they did me wrong, if that the case i would not approach scorpion, when i called Vodacom they said no lawyers called, I AM CANCELING THIS POlICY
