YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN BUSINESS

I wrote a complaint about ABSA a while ago, still no feed back received, no call from their incredibly rude staff, no nothing.
I applied for a loan on another car a week ago, the dealer put the application through to ABSA, for the last 3 days she has contacted them to get feed back from them.
Nothing, no feed back for the new deal.

How do you useless people do it. What do you consider a service, if you can't provide one then get out of the business, close your doors and admit you can't handle the pressure. Plug in the head phones and listen to the voice telling you, breath in, breath out.
I would suggest a manager resolves this but unfortunately the management are the people to be held accountable for the poor performance of their staff.
