I was in kzn prepearing to drive back to jhb i stoped at a nedbank to draw money for the long trip home.
the ned bank did not give me any cash out of the ATM but took it out of my account.
i logged a complaint with absa and got told that it will take 24hr to reverse back int to my account and that i would reciev a sms with my ref number and all my details for that call.
i have yet to reciev any sms from absa and when i contacted them for the second time i got told that it will take 24 to 48 hrs now.when i contacted absa for the third time i got told that they have to first speak to nedbank and that it will now take 5 working days.
when i asked why i hadnt recieved a sms there was no awnser, i need that money to provide for my self and my life partner..
i find it verry unprofessinal that absa could not give me the status of my case and kept giving me diffrent feed back.
i have yet to reciev a sms after stating to them that i have not recieved one yet when i contacted them the third time.

this is shocking service from absa
