I have been given the run around by Marsh Africa's Claims Dept for a Claim Incident that occurred in January this year. Despite my numerous requests for follow up and feedback on when the legitimate claim would be paid out, or even just some simple feedback on the progress of the claim, I have heard nothing for over 9 months now! The last response I got was a glib one-liner from the seemingly unreachable Charlotte Carvalho saying: "I am currently investigating and will revert soonest." 9 months later and THREE ignored emails from me I have still heard nothing.
This level of incompetence in a Financial Services organization is unbelievable - I would AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS under all conditions.
