No Response No Service

My husband recently complained about not being contacted within two working days (as promised) regarding legal cover as well as the home loans department (Ref 314985). This involved our bond originator who has been struggling since July 5th with your home loans department regarding the rate which is not being resolved.

Shortly after complaining on Hello Peter he was contacted on Wednesday and promised feedback yesterday. AGAIN no one phoned yesterday.

Today he tried contacting Tracey Sonickson but was referred from one department to the other. He was on the phone for at least 40min and no one could help him.
