It seems like your service levels are not what they used to be.
I would like an explanation as to why I was not contacted within two working days regarding legal cover? (Ref: 2EOYS3Q7)
My bond originator is also struggling with your home loans department. I have a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and I am putting down nearly 50% deposit. All my documentation was submitted to FNB on the 5th of July. Since then they have messed up the property value (resolved), building value (resolved) and the rate (not resolved). I would like some cooperation. I have received all the other banks' offers, some far below prime, at the beginning of last week. Yet my own bank is not coming to the table with a reasonable offer within a reasonable time.
I moved my banking to FNB because you gave me a student loan and offered benefits for young graduate professionals. I do not like the service I am getting at present and I am very close to moving my banking affairs and earning potential elsewhere.
