I upgraded a cell phone contract and explicitly indicated that I did not want insurance. However it seems that this was ignored and now I'm illegally being debited for insurance that I didn't want in the first place to top it all I have been double debited for the month of July 2013. I have been trying to call there call center for months now and have never been able to speak to a single person. I have sent emails that have remained unanswered. I demand that all premiums be refunded or I will be forced to open a case at the small claims court
