Messing me around

I applied for a revolving loan online on the 16th of July 2013.
I followed up 3 times on the 19th of July 2013 as I haven't heard anything back.
They said each time that the quotation will be sent to me shortly for the loan amount of R25000 with an interest rate of 12%.
Today, the 18th of July 2013 I called the call centre again and they then said that the application couldnt be finalized because of this and that etc etc. Now I was told I only qualify for R15000 with an interest rate of 18% and I have to wait another 24 hours.
This is really bad service. I have been with FNB for 10 years! Not good at all!
