I have not been able to use a mission-critical account for over a week now.
I have logged in numerous times, spent hours on the phone with incompetent people, been to by an FNB employee.
Check out the HelloPeter list of complaints against FNB - currently to the tune of 30 per day. It takes a lot for someone to report a service provider to HelloPeter and the fact that so many people are turning to this service to get their voices heard speaks volumes.
FNB clearly is a bank that CANNOT be trusted to look after the concerns of their customers. I have lost access to funds critical to my business and to date FNB has not lifted a finger to assist me. For me, the situation is getting worse by the day. Month-end is approaching and I won't be able to pay any of my accounts - including medical aid, insurance, communication accounts - if this situation is not resolved TODAY. Actually, even that will not help me, as it takes 4 - 6 days for money to reach me after drawing from the account in question.
FNB has turned a business I was very proud of into a horrific disaster. Everything possible must be done to prevent this bank from people over ever again.
