Shelly was quite helpful this morning. Much as I went to the bank to try resolve my query on the unauthorised debit order immediately. Her attitude and understanding got me to a level where I settled for her opening an enquiry and asking me to follow up after 7 days. Her attitude made the outcome of my visit tottally different and restored my faith in the bank!
