Totally incompetent

We have an existing business bank account with FNB and have tried on numerous occasions to get some basic info regarding a investment account (since 24 Jul)
All we want to know is:
- Bank fees for business call account, business money market account and business cash stash account
- Interest rates for business call account, business money market account and business cash stash account
- And can all internet users access either the money market or call account (we currently have a cash stash
account and not all users can access it, which is a problem)

Seems like an simple enough request - response to our multiple enquiries with basically the same 3 questions as above (when we actually got a response):
- Vicent Hart 2 Sep (first response since initial enquiry from us on 24 Jul) - just a list of interest rates for personal investment accounts then 17 Sep he sent us a brochure for the Business Money Market Investor - which does not answer a single question
