I HAVE BEEN POSTING ABOUT MY QUERY FOR HOW LONG NOW. LAST TIME FNB RESPONDED AND SAID IT WILL BE ESCALATED TO THIS MOLOPA PRINCESS MANAGER. THAT WAS THE 03/05/2013. IT IS NOW THE 14/05/2013 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THAT DEPARTMENT. DONT COME AND ESCALATE IT TO THEM, THEY DON'T RESPOND. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BANK. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SWEET TALK BECAUSE THEY A BUNCH OF THAT WORK FOR THEM. YOU PLACE INCOMPETENT IN POSITIONS. I CAN GUARANTEE THAT BUSINESS ACCOUNTS MY FAMILY HAVE AT FNB WILL BE CLOSED AND I AM LETTING ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO LISTEN KNOW WHAT A PATHETIC STUPID BANK YOU ARE. I AM NOT DONE, YOU PEOPLE CAN NEVER COME AND DO THIS TO A PERSON. WHERE I MUST NAG AND NAG TO GET SORTED. I SHOULD DAM WELL BE CHARGING YOU. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.
