Good day, I called this morning and spoke to Ryan .requested three things but he decided to hear only the kast part and I even repeated myself. instead of assisting me with policy documents and cancellation letter before transferring me to claims, he was just quick to transfer me. I spoke to Ayesha (switchboard) and had to hold for 20 minutes without answer and had to hang up. I need my cxd letter, repuadition letter as well the last policy schedule to be emailed to me today . please make sure you use the email address I orovided I n this complaint
