Nedbank Card division ignores own collections agen

Since March 2013 Nedbank deducted R8000 and on the 8th May a record amount of R24000.00 was deducted unilaterally without explanation or consultation. When complait was lodged - the trusted spin doctor, Regan Munnik delays for a full month only to respond a month later with "the debt was due and payable". Every debtor makes an arrangement when they get into arrears_arreas are an indication that they are in financial trouble especially if you've banked with them for over 6years (surely nw you know their trends). The R24 000 was meant for bond account which is incidentally with nedbank. Why bother making an arrangement with own collections agents BDM attorneys if you will just collect directly from account without asking? I am disgusted at my bank's unethical behaviour. No wonder they lost clients to Capitec and FNB - this is unethical behaviour and should be shared with all!! Tx Simthandile Pete
