No service!!

Almost 3 weeks later and no answers. My wives detail was still on my profile and nobody can tell me why, or who put it there in the first place. Rene de Jaap admitted that she did not follow up. Then the worst Manager of all phoned me. KEVIN KOK. He tried to tell me that it was my fold. He was going to investigate and get back to me, why my wives detail is linked to me. As he said, he can not see that it is a problem for me to complain that somebody added my wives detail to mine, and she get sms's from Standard Bank. Two days later he phoned my wife and wanted to argue with her that he had spoke to her before about this problem. Still he has not phoned me! That was after he said that he has removed her phone number from my profile. Can anybody at Standard Bank please let me know what is going on! Seems like KEIVN KOK rather want to talk to my wife, than to me. Please help, this is not customer service.
