During the past few weeks I have been contacted several times by people working at the Credit Rehabilitation section from Standard Bank Card Division. They have my contact details linked to a Mrs. D A King. I have explained to them that the contact number used is mine and that they have linked my details to Mrs. DA King. Today when they phoned me again I spoke to Ryan and again explained that they had the contact details wrong. He put me through to his line manager, Molly Madansela and I again explained to her that my contact details were being used by Mrs D A King and that they must remove my number from her profile. She told me that she could see on their system that the number had already been removed from Mrs Kings' profile but that their system still called the number automatically. They had to request their IT department to do a system clean-up so that my number could be removed. She assured me that she would have it done today, 24 July 2013

Three months later I am still receiving these calls. I have been contacted by Audrey from Standard Bank whom assured me that she would attend to the matter urgently. Today 16 October I received 2 more calls
