Missing Payments

I made a payment of R1500 to a family member with an ABSA account on the 1st of June 2013. He never received it. I reported it to FNB Century City and they said that they would look into it. After a month, I didn't hear a single word from them, and I had to go into the branch to find out what is going on. They told me that it is not their responsibility to sort out the issue, because ABSA messed up. I went to ABSA, and they explained to me that it was an Issue on FNB's side. Then FNB had me do a Transaction reversal for which they are charging almost R100! It's been a week after they had me fill in those forms. Today they sent me an email to fill in those same forms again!

Now I have been running around for FNB for almost two months trying to get to the bottom of this and I am fed up with it.
