CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

I changed my user ID and Password on FNB's website and now I can only view my accounts. I am unable to make payments/transfers. I go into the Adderley street branch, only to be told after 40 minutes that I need to check my browser/URL... You kidding me right. I just want my normal view back. Calling premier bankers and personal bankers is also a nightmare, held on for 4 minutes and no answer. This is my 1st month banking with FNB and I can see myself closing this account today if I dont get feedback. Actually moving my whole family account!
