I am posting this compliment on behalf of my client MRs Lekaka. She doesnt have internet access but gave me such great feedback on the service she received from Cindy. The client went on and on saying that she was so wonderful and patient and even taught her a few things about insurance during the call. The client is utterly greatful and couldnt stop extending her gratitude. She even went as far as saying she was sent by because the client didnt know much about insurance till she spoke to Cindy. She bought a new vehicle yesterday and is really very very about the service delivery which she received today. Well done Cindy this is awesome feedback!
