I have complained last month about the exact same thing, and was assured it has been resolved, but alas it has not. Still not, 3 months and 2 Premier bankers and a manager later!!!
More to that, My emails are ignored and a promise by a Premier manager to call me back after she spoke to me on Friday, never materialised...
Seems like FNB is on a one way out when it comes to service, Most Innovative yes, but definitely not service!!
