Good day, I spoke to a consultant and applied for a loan which was pre approved. I then faxed all the details through and since then I have heard nothing. Everytime I call in I get told that the account is 'locked' and no one else can assist. Please could some one let me know what's happening as now maybe I wont qualify any longer.
