With reference to my complaint made the 26 June 2013. Mr Cooper phoned me and asked me to send the relevant information to him which I did the same day. After that Mr Cooper called to say he is looking into the problem. Since then I haven't received any feedback, it's a month later. Every day I receive a sms or phone call from Attorneys that want to collect this Debt. I need Fin Choice to sort out my Account. On some of the documentation from Fin Choice they have the incorrect ID number for my Account and hold me liable, it's a huge MESS!
