Requested for settlement of account on 02/04/2013

On Tuesday 02/04/2013 I emailed your client services and requested for a settlement account as i needed to use it yesterday the 03/04/2013. When i called them yesterday i spoke to a call centre agent who i told that I was at a financial institution as I wanted to obtain a loan urgently as I'm going financial problems and wanted to settle my account with the institution. She then told me that I'll only be able to get the letters after 24hours and i told her that i did the request on Tuesday. I'm still waiting for the letter and I'm afraid that I will lose the chance of obtaining this loan. Please assist me as it's not the last time i experienced this as in Novemeber i did the same process and i was declined due to the late response i received from Bayport.
