I am receiving ridiculous home loans rates with only up to 95% of value;initially I received prime plus 2.9% and now I was given a 95% home loan at an interest rate of prime plus 1.5%.I have been banking with FNB since 1999 and I currently have a business account, 7 days plus and a platinum cheque account with you guys and this is how FNB acknowledges me! I want to invest in property but I need the support of my bank especially if I got pre-approved for R880000 last year by FNB! This property is R210000 less so I should get a full home loan with a great interest rate, especially since my salary increased twice since that pre-approval. This is really unfair and not reasonable and I am very unhappy. I didn't think that I would have to be logging such a complaint. I require a full home loan with a prime minus interest rate so that the property becomes a feasible investment. I have a BSc and Masters degree in engineering and if you guys noticed you will realise that I am not an ordinary young professional. I am really upset with the service and up till now I was happy with FNB.I am not a high risk candidate; does FNB not value me as a valuable client? Reference000/97142/09/2013:Mr Dasheek Naidu
