Clientele billed me on the wrong day and instead of calling me when I enquired I had to call them back myself. After holding for close to 10 mins I got a consultant who was so incompetent. She told me that I had only enquired on the 9th of July when in fact I had sent an email on the 26th of June. When I corrected her on this she said they were experiencing high call volumes. She was totally unhelpful. Now I have to pay bank charges because there were no funds in my account. I cancelled my policy with them because they are really not good at doing their job. Avoid Clientele because there are better service providers in South Africa.
