The oneplan medical insurance is a waste of time. I recently put a claim through for an op to be done on my daughter to have her tonsils removed.i was told by the authorisations department that my claim was declined due to me apply within the waiting period. I was told by the consultant to reapply in July which was after my waiting period and i was assured by him that there shouldn't be any problems as i am applying after the waiting period. I reapplied in July only to be declined again cause i applied the month before which was within my waiting period.some clause that they completely forgot to tell me...
I went by the instruction of the call centre agent and incurred personal cost only to be declined.
I want my claim to be authorised as it is a fault on their side. Why tell me to reapply in July if you knew i was going be declined.
You guys are full of and a waste of money. You rob innocent people like me. When it comes to taking the policy everything is fine and you guys make promises you cannot fullfill. You assure the customer everything is covered only to discover one year later you guys are liars
