Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Declined to give auth to dentist for procedure

I would like to advise my poor service experience with the above company. They have refused to let me have a procedure with my dentist for a problem i am experiencing. When i joined the medical aid i declared what i needed to and they impose 1 year period for dental and optical. I am in dire need to have this procedure done with my dentist and Sandra Oosthuizen told me I can only use this on the 31st July 2013, i am utterly disgusted in their service. They have no problem being paid every month, I understand the 3 month waiting period but not happy about waiting for 1 year when i disclosed all information required. I cannot wait until July as i have the problem now and needs to be attended too and also don't have the cash therefore we have a medical aid. This is like saying that i must tell myself that i must not have any problems until the benefit kicks in. I really hope the government brings in the insurance health and many of these companies will be left with no work, because of the way the treat us loyal citizen who was honest when taking up the medical aid. Would they prefer me being dishonest and they would still not pay. They need to re-look their policy
