On the 4th of January their Client bumped into my car and she acknowledged that she was at fault, she then told me that her insurance will take care of the damages, they then send me to their assessor Easy Way on the 14th of January where they assessed the damages. after 10 days that is when i received an offer which i was not happy about, i requested for them to send me the report from the assessor which to date i have not received. i have also sent several emails, and was told my query is with management. they then turned around to tell me that i was responsible, however when the accident occurred I already passed and their client came from the side of the road to join the main road unsafely and collided with my car. i am really not impressed with the way they have treated me even Dorah's attitude was very bad. i have to call her for the update and she never even once called me to update me on the situation. i am very disappointed with the way they have handle this claim and to date my car has not been fixed but the one for their client has already been fixed.
