BAD SERVICE FROM ALL DEPARTMENTS

WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD TODAY FROM ALL THE SIDES, BANK, CALL CENTRE, TELEPHONE BANKING, ONLINE... ALL THIS DEPARTMENT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SORT OUT MY E WALLET... I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING SINCE THIS MORNING, I DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY CALLS I HAVE MADE TODAY... I AM ACTUALLY!!! FOR SOME REASON I NOW HAVE A LIMIT ON MY E WALLET AND WHEN I TRY ONLINE BANKING ITS TELLING ME I NEED TO GET THE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CALL CENTRE, WHEN I CALL THEN THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT... LIKE REALLY PEOPLE.. THIS IS REALLY BAD HEY FOR THE SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING ON MONTHLY BASES EVEN THOSE I AM NOT AWARE OF... EACH CALL WAS TAKING ABOUT 10 MINUTES...
