Victim of ATM

On June 25th at around 7am on my pay day my card got stuck in an ATM machine at a garage. As i do not own a cell phone at the moment I waited for a nearby branch to open and went to report it. When I explained my situation I was advised that that two transactions took place that morning. One for R1400 and another for R60. I was connected with the dept who would investigate in 3 biz days. When i called back they then said another 10 biz days and then another 5 biz days and on it. Everytime I call it would take atleast 20mins before the call was answered and the consultant were no help, no compasion no empathy for my situation, nothing. I got feedback on July 22nd saying I took too long to report the. Firstly, i had no phone to call them so I had to wait for the bank to open and I had no idea it was a until until they told me my money was withdrawn. My account was cleared out and I had no way to pay rent, buy food and had to go without my medication for the whole month. I had to borrow money to get to work and spend lots of money calling their call center who doesnt answer call for 20mins. Does anyone ever get their money reimbursed? they cant treat customers so
