Dear Sir/ Madam

Yesterday morning I went to the above mentioned KFC Store to buy myself streetwise two pap. I told the person serving me (her name is Zinhle) that I will eat in store. When she came back with my order it was in a packet and she just threw it at the counter top and left for what I don't know. I waited for her to come back so as to remind her that I said I will eat in store. When I spoke to her, asking why she is putting my order in a packet instead of a TRAY, ONLY THEN did she tell me that she is has no serving trays, and this was to my biggest surprise as the store was very empty at the time.

This lady really gave me a stinking attitude and I actually told her this is not how she would deal with customers.

I trust that some serious actions are taken to rectify the attitude of employees like Zinhle because they really spell "lost business" for KFC.
