Why am I wasting my time!

It is 2 days short of a month since we submitted documentation to increase the overdraft, to see us through the winter season. I was asked for security which was submitted. Explained our line of manufacture and the sectors which we supply, namely: agriculture, animal health and the pool industry. Submitted confirmed documentation of the increase in business which starts from August. I get told I showed a loss in May, and there were 2 payments returned to the total value R1471 in June so you are not able to increase the overdraft.
I explain the nature of business again and am told that Geraldine is able to do a motivation but she is on leave, so please wait till she returns.
Geraldine has been the only one who sees the full picture and is still working with us to assist.
After 18 years of personal and business banking with Nedbank, why am I still fighting my cause?
You advertise your understanding of small businesses not always having "good" months and "Nedbank' We make it happen"! Really???
