I visited th ecenturion Branch today after visiting mall of the north sometime in feb. When i visited mall of the north i wanted my cell phone banking and OTPs delivered on my new number and guess wht, they opted to do my cell phone banking only. i have been exxtremely busy and havent had a chance to walk into a branch for it for all these months till i could walk in today. TOday when i walk in i am told i should come back again some other time as their fones are not working. i asked if i can call the department myself when back in the office and i was told no. How the am i supposed to get my OTP working? i have had to do manual binking for 4 months now!!! i am not going into any branch, you guys better sort this out!
