I am dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from your company. It's almost two months that my claim hasn't been settled. The phone calls I make to A&G keep getting disconnected after waiting long periods and I have to make all the contact, never did you contact me with an update. I'm annoyed that I wasted a day's leave in order to have my car assessed on a Friday, still wondering why your assessors couldn't come to my residence to evaluate the damage? I shouldn't bear extra cost when your client was the one at fault. On one occasion I was told that the claim wouldn't be paid until your client paid the excess which she (Ms Rhoda) informed was not to her knowledge. On 4 July 2013, I submitted documentation to Keneilwe Adams providing proof that I didn't claim from my own insurance and my banking details by which I was assured payment would take up to 3 workings days, after that I was asked for the same docs again by Kgomotso Maraba who assured a different date of payment as well as you client assured a consultant Bernard would handle this with another date of payout. It's 22 July 2013 today where I am still awaiting a manager to contact me regarding my 3rd party claim & payout
