Took a payday loan out with these people for R500 - repayment date was 27 May for the amount of R822. They conducted a debit order on the 25th for R1800.
They havent sent me a loan agreement, I cannot access the agreement on the site and the call centre is just pathetic.
Resorted to a live chat with a Lindiwe who blatantly refused to help me. Why have a live chat feature then.
Don't use these people, they are shady and a little criminal.
