I had a query with my insurance premium which I felt was too high. Being a client with Myway for such a long time I felt that they could do better concerning the premium. Ntokozo Mjokane was assign to my case to try work on my query. He tried all his best to get to the amount i felt comfortable with. I am giving him this compliment because he really went an extra mile to make his customer happy (which was me)
