Communication is key!!!

Without any forewarning or communication, despite all its awards for innovation in the technology field, my account was closed! I am a doctor and submit bills to medical aids, which is quite an administrative task, only to find that despite repeated SMS notifications informing me that the payments have been made to my account, all was in vain as the payments have been returned. Absolutely nothing was communicated to me! Upon reactivating my account, the cheek is that I now have to order a new card and pay for it! Poor service!
