Accounts closed twice

FNB closed account. I re opened the account filled out all necesary paperwork. I collected the card for the account on the 6th of july. but they had already closed the account for a second time on the 1st already. No notifications, and now i have payments bouncing back. Florida branch cant help, call centre cant help, no one seems to be able to do anything!! most fustrating
