I was owing Mercedes Benz finance an amount of R9K which I am told are areas, my instalments of R10K are up to date and I try and keep them that way. I received a call some time ago advising that they want to REPO my vehicle. I made arrangements to pay the outstanding amount in full by 15/07/2013. In the mean time, the vehicle was due for a Service and I took it in to the dealer that morning.

At about 10:00am on the 15th I received a call from the Service department advising me that he was served with a court order and the vehicle was REPO'D. When looking at that document, the reference number has been scratched and is hand written by someone. I still paid the amount in FULL on the 15th and they refused to release my vehicle regardless of the fact that the vehicle was REPO'D before the end of the 15th.

Belinda Ferreira REFUSED to release the vehicle despite the payment made in full by me. This was in order that the place of safety could charge me storage fees the next day. MY vehicle now has scratches that were not there before they took the vehicle (proven by a checklist done by them

I NOW have a document showing that it was booked in with chips & scratches at their yard.
