I requested a savings account (bank your change). I'm however unable to access the funds. My personal banker, Joyce Tauyane, referred it to premier banking. The feedback was that this account isn't Fica'd, therefor I can't access the funds. Instead of fixing the problem (all my documents are on file, I've been a FNB customer for more than 3 years), they want to find out who opened the account for me (isn't this on the system). I'm not willimg to go into a branch with all the relevant documents, as it was given when my first account was opened, the customers shouldn't be penalised because someone in fnb didnt do their job.
