Poor service and bad attitude

For not the first time, we wanted to purchase foreign exchange for our purchases overseas for our company. we ask for a fixed rate but that you cant get unless its over R180 000 ours was &12 430.
we dropped all the documentation off yesterday morning and nothing happened all day while we watched the Rand sliding... I phoned at about 4pm and Nkosi told us that we were in the queue and just had to wait our turn... this purchase was now going to cost us close to R1000 extra... they had up to 48 hours to process our request... his attitude was if you don't like it tough... they still charge the normal bank fees... they still charge you commission for doing the transactions... and you must shut up and wait till they are ready while it is costing you more and more because of the incompetence in doing there job. Unbelievable
left a message for the manager to phone me... no reply as of yet... Yasin seems to be his name.

This is not the first time this has happened over the last few months... have to always beg to get something done by foreign exchange and each time it has been at a higher rate than when I went in... and they don't even let you know what rate... go to beg to get documentation.
