Incorrect Interest charges

On the 22/03/2013 i made a lump sum payment of R 9000 to Flemix and i forwarded them the POP. On the 16/07/2013, i asked for a new statement and settlement figure, to see that the amount of R 9 000 was only allocated to my account on the 27/05/2013, if interest is charged on the outstanding balance then for 2 months i have been charged the incorrect interest. i called Flemix and spoke to Ashley, i explained my query and she insisted that it was correct, i then told her my wife will call her tomorrow, i gave her permission to discuss the query with my wife. When my wife queried the date the payment was allocated, Ashley then mentioned that it takes 7 days to allocate the payment, so it should be allocated on the 30/03/2013, she then tells me it's only 1 month, i mean can she count?? it's 2 months at an interest rate of 60% is not small change, she asked me to forward her POP so she can hand it to her finance dept. i have sent her the POP and requested confirmation that she received it, i have received Read receipts and delivery confirmations but in 2 days she has not responded to my email. which means this will probably take months to rectify my account, another Flemix Epic Fail!!
