Flemix and Associates garnished my salary for an amount of R10397.58 in January 2013, the deduction of R1000 commenced in Feb 2013. I have been paying off this R1000 every month however the last letter i received from this company stated that i was still owing R10075.22 at at the end of October 2013. I requested investigation on why i had been charged excessive interest and legal fees on sheriff costs on monthly basis. I have paid over R9000.00 to these people but i still owed R10075 at Oct 2013 surely this is not right. I have just had a deduction of R1000.00 for Jan 2014 i do not know how much i still owe them, this is pure abuse of desperate people by flemix, please let me know my balance.
