EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have been sending Essential Med emails for information and just don't get any replies. Submitted a claim in June and to date have still not been paid out. Tried to phone them yesterday and two of the numbers supplied on the website say "out of service". Contacted Elize - the Claims manager and she asked me to resend the forms - did so and asked her to please confirm receipt thereof - still no answer to my emails. Extremely poor service!!!
