Pathetic!!!

After standard bank failed to move mydebit orders, its been 6 months now, I decided to move to FNB. The best decision I ever made.!!! I closed my cheque account on Saturday 13 July, signed the papers, funds transferred to my savings account which I will close at a later stage. The money is not available in my account, and as I also discovered today 18 July, that my cheque account is still open. REALLY???!!! I am just trying to get away of this excuse of a bank but they cant do just that!!! Phoning the call centre, they need my card number... ITS IN THE FREAKIN DUSTBIN AT MENLYN SQUARE BRANCH!!! FFS

Can someone at headoffice please wake up and sort this out!!! NOW!!!
