I just got a call from a call centre agent and she was not helpful at all she sounded more confused on the phone nothing was done on the call... it was actually a waist of phone call.. all she could tell me was i received a call in the month and she cant help me but even if i got a call i properly did not answer it, so i did not understand, she just said il call you back um... this is not staff you hire for a professional call centre. still have not heard anything with regards to the call back
